GUEST INFORMATION
Our check-in starts at 3:30 PM. You can store your luggage in lockers until check-in time. Check-out ends at 11:30 AM.
2 days before your arrival date, we will send you an invitation for digital check-in via email. Once received, you can fill in the necessary details, sign the registration form, and accept the data usage terms.
The Teatro Apartments offer a completely contactless experience and do not have a reception on-site. If you have any questions or issues, you can visit our 24-hour reception at Hotel La Milagrosa, c/ Villavieja, 8, located 750m from Teatro Apartments.
On your arrival day, we will send you electronic keys and numeric codes to access your apartment. You can open the door with your own device (mobile phone or tablet via Bluetooth). We will provide a short manual to open or close your door using the app during your stay with us.
Our clients have access to lockers for storing luggage (subject to availability). One locker per apartment: 80 cm (height) x 40 cm (width) x 50 cm (depth).
The Teatro Apartments do not have private parking. A public parking lot in Plaza de San Cristóbal, 800m from the apartments, costs €15 per day (subject to availability, no reservations accepted).
NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: Full payment is made at the time of booking. This rate does not allow cancellations or date changes. In case of cancellation, the total amount will not be refunded. STANDARD RATE: Payment for the first night is made at the time of booking. The second payment must be made 7 days before the arrival date. Cancellation is free up to 1 day before the arrival date. If you have made the deposit payment by bank transfer and choose to cancel, a €20 management fee will apply.
