GUEST INFORMATION
Our check-in starts from 3:30 PM. You can leave your luggage at the storage until check-in time.Additionally, we offer the option of early check-in subject to availability and with a surcharge. Please inquire at reception for more details.

Our reception is located in a restricted traffic access area. It’s very important to inform the receptionists and provide the vehicle’s license plate number to grant access authorization. Those who do not provide the license plate number will be subject to the corresponding penalty.
We have limited parking spaces. Reservations are not accepted. Once we reach the occupancy limit, we inform our guests that there is an agreement with a nearby public parking lot, and our guests benefit from a special price.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
